
The Lincoln MKZ Concept car was given its own special showroom at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show. Amid pomp and circumstance, Lincoln unveiled the MKZ concept to tease some of the new design elements expected in the 2013 Lincoln MKZ.
Exterior
Elegant and luxurious, the MKZ Concept has sleek, simple lines. Its new platform is slightly longer than today's version and, according to the Washington Post, designed to handle all-wheel drive. It also has a delicate split-wing grille and a panoramic-glass roof that lets in more light.

Interior
The interior of the MKZ has wood trim, warm colors and Champagne-bubbles imprinted in the leather on the back of the front seats. It also boasts two LCD screens that serve as dash board and entertainment system, complete with the MyLincoln Touch system.
Cool Features
- According to Edmund's Inside Line, the Lincoln MKZ Concept was inspired by the 1938 Lincoln Zephyr.
