Most of Michigan's 2012 Proposals on the November 6th, 2012 ballot seek to amend the state Constitution. Prop-1 is the only proposal that doesn't, and it asks for voters to approve ("yes") or repeal ("no") the 2011 Emergency Financial Manager Law.
