One of the must-see exhibits at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show plays homage to the Green Lantern through the customization of a Kia Soul. The car is part of the We Can Be Heroes campaign and is one of seven Kia vehicles customized in honor of a Justice League character. Each of the seven vehicles will be unveiled at an auto show or comic convention across the country in an effort to raise funds to fight hunger in Africa.
Jim Lee, a renowned comic-book artist, helped oversee the customization of the vehicles and included a piece of artwork on each to be auctioned off for the campaign's benefit. An eighth customized car will feature all seven members of the Justice League and will be auctioned off as well.
