The 24th annual Victorian Festival begins with a parade and continues with storytellers, old-fashioned games, tethered hot air balloon rides, artists, stiltwalker, ventriloquists, family shows, food booths, magicians, musical entertainment, and a Victorian Saloon (adults only).
