You can take Valentine's Day in a more earthy direction at the Dirty Show - International Erotic Art Exhibition -- one of the largest in the world. The exhibit is specifically scheduled for the Valentine's Day weekend and has been around for over 10 years.

Milford: Un-Valentine's Day Chocolate Fest

The library hosts a special teen event for the holiday that revolves around chocolate tastings, crafts and games.
Royal Oak: Love Gone Wild at the Detroit Zoo
