Metro Detroiters have several opportunities to win big (or lose large) in Southeast Michigan. In addition to the Michigan State Lottery and horseracing, there are several casinos in and around the area. The new casino is due to open in August outside of Battle Creek. According to most sources, the minimum gambling age will be 21, but this has not been confirmed.
