When it comes to ethnic cuisine, Detroit's got it all. Here are just a few of the Ethnic Restaurants in Downtown Detroit:
  • Italian: Giovanni’s Ristorante is located on Oakwood. The Italian eatery is family owned and has fresh pasta daily. It is popular with the college crowd.

  • Mexican: Taqueria Mi Pueblo is located on Dix Road in Detroit’s Mexicantown. It is relatively inexpensive.

  • Greek: Pegasus Taverna on Monroe in Greektown.

  • Polish: Polish Village Café on Yemans Street in Hamtramck is a local favorite.

  • Soul Food: Steve’s Soul Food on Grand River features southern dishes and soul food. Yep, it has collard greens.
