Love it or hate it, several stores are open on Thanksgiving Day in Detroit. The stores make it worth your while to venture out with a full stomach in cold weather by offering special sales and deals to stretch your Christmas dollar.- Tanger Outlets Center in Howell is open starting at midnight on Thanksgiving Day.
