Bobsled: Michelle Rzepka
Michelle Rzepka is a member of the 2010 U.S. Olympic Bobsled Team. She is from Novi, Michigan, and graduated from Michigan State University.
Ice Dancing: Evan Bates and Emily Samuelson
Emily Samuelson and partner Evan Bates competed for the United States in ice dancing at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. They are both from the Metro-Detroit area and root for the Red Wings.
Emily, who is 5'4" to Evan's 6'2", was born in Southfield and grew up in Novi. She attends the University of Michigan and was a state finalist for Miss Teen Michigan.
Evan was born and raised in Ann Arbor and is currently a senior at the University of Michigan, where he is majoring in business. While Evan is all about the Maize and Blue, his grandfather played basketball for MSU.
Ice Dancing: Meryl Davis and Charlie White
Meryl Davis and partner Charlie White were both born and raised in Metro Detroit, attend the University of Michigan and train in Canton. Meryl and Charlie took the gold medal in Ice Dancing at the 2010 U.S. Figure Skating Championships, which earned the pair a spot on the 2010 U.S. Winter Olympic Team.
Luge: Mark Grimmette
A veteran Olympian, Mark Grimmette competed in his fourth Olympics in 2010. He is from Muskegon, Michigan.
