About the house
1391 Deer Path Trail Oxford, MI 48371 Lakes of Indianwood Subdivision. This is the 10th year decorating the inside and outside of the house for Halloween for the kids and an annual party. Family, friends, neighbors and even the UPS guy look forward to the decorations each year.

What I love about it for Halloween
It is one time a year to 'make believe' for kids and big kids at heart. Most people like to make believe and dress up or to see scary decorations and to visit haunted houses. All of the candy is just a bonus. It is all about getting away from the everyday stress and have fun and to watch others have fun.
Tips and Tricks
- Create fun objects that can be used year after year and appeal to all - young and old.
- hang goblins on black string between two trees (use a bow and arrow to shoot up one end of the string, then secure it, then tie the goblin in the middle of the string in the position you want him/her to hang, then shoot the other end over a branch of the adjacent tree and secure the end by wrapping it around a small rope cleat so that you can raise or lower the goblin as needed.
- add flood light for effect
